Courses Cancellation Policy

If, after booking a course, you find you cannot attend, St Barnabas press will refund the course payment minus a £10 admin fee if you cancel your place more than 14 days before the course start date. Unfortunately St Barnabas press can not give refunds for cancellations received less than 14 days before a course starts. St Barnabas press reserves the right to cancel courses and will endeavour to give 14 days notice, a full refund will be made in these circumstances.

Returns policy for Original works’ in involving third parties i.e. Artists.

If you are not completely satisfied with any work bought from us, you can receive a full refund (excluding delivery costs) by returning the work within ten days of receipt. That means that in case of a return you are liable to pay the costs of shipping both ways – to you and back to the artist. Please note that St Barnabas press represents artists from many different countries, therefore the return address may be UK based or abroad. It is highly recommended that you inquire about the artist’s whereabouts before you purchase their work. Please also note that the cost of shipping one way might be different from the shipping costs the other way. This is may not be regulated by St Barnabas press and could depend on third parties services and prices. 
You are responsible for the cost of returning the work to us in its original condition and of insuring it during transit, except where the work is faulty or the wrong work has been dispatched.

3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
