14 mezzanine and ground floor studio spaces.
Rented to local artists and printmakers.
Studios are available to rent on a long term basis with a minimum commitment of 3 months with a month’s rent as deposit. There is usually a waiting list for spaces and take-up is based on your portfolio and your plans for work at the Press. To keep updated on studio availability email james@stbarnabaspress.co.uk with ‘studio rental’ in the subject line to be notified when spaces become available.
- Large studio spaces cost £275.00 per month, inclusive of heat, light, power, rates, Broadband.
- Small studio spaces cost £187.00 per month, inclusive of heat, light, power, rates, Broadband.
- Sharing a large space costs £151.00 per month, inclusive of heat, light, power, rates, Broadband.
Rental of studio space does not automatically give access to the printing equipment and tools in the workshops, but provided you are suitably trained in their use and are a paid up member of the St Barnabas Press printmakers, you could enjoy 24-hour access to an extensive resource.
A 10% discount is offered to residents on materials purchased in studio as well as for framing services.
